Failed World Predictions are a collection of those forecasts made by renowned astrologers often giving the exact information about the event likely to happen but which did not occur on the predicted day. The followers of the predictions also easily forget the forecasts as if nothing was predicted. The only world predictions that are etched in the minds of the people are those that have come true. From centuries, this practice of predicting world events is followed. Several of the failed world prediction revolved around:-

1. A prediction stating sudden end of the world and all the lives existing on it.
2. The war that will occur in Middle East namely Armageddon.
3. The return of Jesus Christ.
4. Significant political and social upheavals occurring throughout the globe.
5. Horrendous occurring in the immediate future.

The main characteristic that all the above predictions share is that nothing of it has ever come true in reality.

Minutiae of Top Failed Predictions:

1. The biggest failed prediction of twentieth century was the end of religion. The myth that was widespread due to secularization stated that modern society progress will result in disappearance of religion from the society. This is clearly proven to be wrong, and probably will not even occur in the twenty first century.
2. End of the world predictions are done by several renowned astrologers including the genius Nostradamus who on 3 instances predicted the end of world. In the year 1994, 1998 and 2012. The two predictions have already nullified.
3. The most significant failed prediction is the second coming of Jesus Christ on the earth. Numerous astrologers have given several dates that have already past and some which would appear in the future. The likelihood of such event seems to be less, a weekly magazine has predicted that on 7th hour of 7th day of 7th month as per the Hebrew calendar in 2007, Christ will appear in Jerusalem, Washington, Baghdad and Moscow simultaneously. No such event was witnessed.
